Health Coaching

Health coaching is about empowering you to create lasting change, the kind that actually sticks. I'm here to listen. Really listen. And to help you navigate whatever it is you want to work on.

In short? You're the boss.

Together we explore your goals and get to the core of what drives positive change for you. We look at what's getting in the way, and how to work with it, not against it. And then, often, there's a click. A realisation. An "aha!" moment. Because a lot of the answers? You already have them. It's just about untangling them, and having someone in your corner who actually listens.

That's when the magic happens, only the magic is you.

Clinical Nutrition

With Clinical Nutrition, we go deeper. Because sometimes you want more than clarity and habits. You want answers. Real ones. The kind that explain why your energy crashes at 3pm, why your gut is all over the place, why your hormones feel like they have a life of their own.

That's where the clinical side comes in. Health coaching stays at the core of how we work together, so you don't just get a plan handed to you and left to figure it out. Knowledge is powerful. But knowledge you understand, connect with, and can actually act on? That's where things start to shift.

Clinical nutrition with a human side. Evidence-based, yes. But also warm, collaborative, and completely tailored to your real life.

Currently under clinical student scope. I can't yet make treatment plans, however I can collaborate with your gynaecologist, gastroenterologist, or any other specialist you are seeing. If I suspect something, I'll always suggest you seek the guidance of the right specialist.

Change doesn't happen in a single conversation, it happens in the small shifts you make between them. With 8 weeks of continuous guidance, structure and support, you'll actually do that.

8-Week health Coaching Programme

NZ $ 200

What’s included:

  • 1 x 50min initial session

  • 3 x 30min follow-up sessions

  • WhatsApp support in between

In your first session, we explore your goals, dig into what's really driving them, and build a realistic action plan, shaped by you, for your life. Then over the following weeks, we meet regularly to review what's working, troubleshoot what isn't, and keep the momentum going. In between sessions, I'm on WhatsApp for questions and check-ins, because life doesn't wait for your next appointment.

From there we build. Small changes you connect with, habits that match your real life, shifts you're genuinely excited about. Not because I told you to. Because you chose them.

You set the pace. You decide the what, the when, the how. I'm here alongside you to make it real, keep you motivated, and hold you accountable.

That's when the magic happens, only the magic is you. You, finally feeling connected to your goals. Clear on what you want, why you want it, and how to get it. Already doing it. And realising it's not so daunting after all.

8-Week Clinical Nutrition Programme

Using your full health history, lifestyle and nutrition habits as a starting point, we explore what the science means for you, what changes are realistic, what your body is actually telling you. And we build from there, together.

Guided by health coaching philosophy, it's designed to be realistic and sustainable. Just the right changes, at the right pace, with the right support.

Between sessions, we regularly connect on WhatsApp as you start implementing, because the real work happens outside the consultation room. In your follow-ups, we review your progress, work through challenges, and refine your playbook based on how your body is actually responding.

And then one day you realise your energy is back. Your gut has settled. You feel like yourself again. Not because of a magic formula. Because you finally understood what your body needed, and you gave it that.

Single Consults

If you’re not sure you want to commit to a programme, or you’ve got something specific you’d like to work on as a one off, a single consult might be what you’re after!

1:1 health Coaching

Sometimes you don't need a full programme. You just need space to think, someone to really listen, and a conversation that actually moves you forward.

In 50 minutes, we explore what's on your mind, what you want to work on, and what's getting in the way. You leave with clarity, a realistic next step, and the kind of motivation that comes from finally feeling heard.

1:1 Clinical Nutrition

NZ $ 100

Sometimes you just want answers. What's actually going on with your energy, your gut, your hormones. And what you can do about it.

In 90 minutes, we do a thorough deep dive into your health history, lifestyle and nutrition habits. Before we meet, I'll send you a health form to review ahead of our session, so we can hit the ground running and spend our time going deeper, not catching up.

You leave with a written summary of key takeaways and clear next steps, grounded in evidence-based knowledge and completely tailored to you.

A Personalised Wellness Playbook is available as an add-on for clients who want to go further.
