My story
Foodie, certified Health Coach & Clinical nutritionist in training. I help women feel simply well with good food, simple habits and empowerment.
As a good Frenchie, I have a deep love of food - the nourishing kind, and the indulgent stuff too. I’m definitely a foodie first by the way, nutrition came in later.
I’ve always been interested in wellness and healthy living. But it was my own journey with Endometriosis, Adenomyosis and SIBO that led me to nutrition studies. Because food and lifestyle aren't nice-to-have; they're essentials, especially for us with hormonal and gut issues.
Now I'm on a mission to support other women feeling their 100%, with guided support on nourishing food, gentle lifestyle, and everything in between.

How I work
Food is powerful. What we eat shapes our microbiome, hormones, energy, mood and skin.
But health is never just about food. Sleep, movement and stress all play their part too. And all these key essentials work together.
That's why I combine Clinical Nutrition with Health Coaching.
Evidence-based nutrition guidance is great, but by itself it’s often not enough. When we add coaching support in the mix, that’s where the magic happens.
With true listening, active collaboration and empowerment, we set real life goals, and create habits that stick.
